2026 partner guide

Become a partner

Is your activity/structure already listed in the Apidae database?

You will receive an e-mail at the beginning of November 2025 detailing the procedure to follow to (re)become a partner. This is an online form enabling you to update your information and pay your contribution to the Tourist Office (legal information, tourist information, choice of partnership).

Benefits News

Highlighting inspiration booklets

Downloadable free of charge from the home page of our website, these themed booklets help our visitors to prepare their stay by providing effective answers to their questions. Depending on the theme, your business can be featured in one or more booklets. Over 2,700 downloads per year!

New “Portraits of chefs” booklet

To promote our restaurant partners, this printed booklet is available at our reception points and online in the “Our brochures” section. Previous editions devoted to “Artisans” and “Producers” have been a great success with our visitors, as well as the media and press.

Approach Furnished tourist accommodation

All tourist rentals, whether classified or not, must be declared to the town hall beforehand.

To find out how to classify your furnished accommodation, go to classement des meublés – hors communes thermales or classement des meublés – en communes thermales.

In the Puy-de-Dôme, there are a number of bodies approved to classify furnished tourist accommodation, including Thermauvergne – furnished accommodation service.

Approach Getting your accommodation classified

Star ratings apply to hotels, campsites, residential parks, tourist residences, holiday villages and furnished tourist accommodation. From 1 to 5 stars, this universal benchmark guarantees the quality of facilities and services.

Classification is a voluntary process for accommodation providers. Assessment is carried out by accredited bodies, according to official criteria defined by decree. All classified accommodation is reassessed every 5 years to guarantee the reliability of the classification.

The three main assessment criteria are the comfortand quality of the facilities, the services offered to customers, good environmental practices and the provision of accommodation for people with disabilities.

Database Update your information What is Apidae?

APIDAE is a database shared by tourist offices. It collects and disseminates information about local tourist operators: prices, descriptions, photos, opening times, etc. This data is then used to promote your business in a variety of ways: on the website, in brochures, in the press, on social networks, etc. This data is then used to promote your business on a variety of media: website, brochures, press, social networks, etc. By joining the network, you benefit from greater visibility on our communication channels and those of our departmental and regional partners. Together, we can promote your services to local and tourist customers!

How does it work?

Every year, the Tourist Office sends you an online form to update your information (prices, timetables, descriptions, photos, etc.). If you are already a partner, the form is pre-filled to simplify the task.

Your data is then published on APIDAE within 24 hours and relayed on our communication media (website, brochures, social networks, etc.).

Filling in your APIDAE details correctly will ensure the best possible visibility for your business! The information you provide (opening times, prices, facilities, services, etc.) enables the Tourist Office and its partners to distribute reliable, up-to-date data.

Your content feeds directly into our communication media and those of regional and national tourist institutions.

Thanks to your collaboration, more than 3 ,000 Terra Volcana files contribute to the APIDAE network, which is present in 26 départements and 1 overseas collectivity: a real ecosystem for promoting tourism!
