Summer festivities in Puy-de-Dôme

The town of Riom is organising free concerts throughout July and early August. More than a dozen artists of national and international renown will be performing on the stage at the Pré Madame. For an even more convivial, family-friendly atmosphere, there will be food trucks on hand to serve up local specialities.

In July and August, enjoy free concerts in the lush green setting of the Châtel-Guyon spa park and on the terrace of the Stelsia Casino, the organiser of the programme.

Every Friday and Saturday, groups from a variety of musical backgrounds will have you dancing and singing along. From rock to gypsy music, funk to French chanson, more than 20 artists will take to the stage for a wild summer!

The Théâtre de Châtel-Guyon is offering you the chance to experience a summer cultural season away from its walls.

Every Sunday, come to the Place Brosson, in the heart of the spa town, for a series of shows where culture rhymes with entertainment.

On the programme: street theatre, equestrian shows and acrobatic theatre. A warm and friendly atmosphere to enjoy with family and friends.

This cultural festival takes place in the exceptional setting ofMozac Abbey. Over the course of 10 dates, you’ll discover an eclectic programme open to all. There will be children’s stories, rock concerts, gospel concerts and sketches to promote local creations and the heritage site of this Cluniac abbey.

To discover local and traditional Auvergne culture, head to the heart of the Brayaud region, at Saint-Bonnet-Près-Riom, 10 minutes from Riom. For 5 days, you’ll be immersed in Occitan culture thanks to dance workshops, concerts and traditional dances, not forgetting the friendly atmosphere of the local meals.

Set in the heart of the Limagne plain, this festival brings together a diverse range of artists from all genres. Their motto: cultivate the unexpected!

For 8 days, theatre, opera, musical walks, classical concerts and more festive music take place in the sumptuous setting of the Château du Guérinet. The festival also takes in the heritage sites of the Limagne region, including the Domaine Royal in Randan, the Chapelle d’Andelot in Vensat and the Halle au blé in Aigueperse.

Every year, Marsat organises its music and poetry festival.

The festival is free, participatory and open to the general public, and features a variety of events based on a given theme.

Local associations and volunteers take part in organising the event, offering poetry, introductions, open stages, children’s workshops and more.
