Dark Lab is a craft microbrewery and brewpub located in Saint-Ours, in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, just a few minutes from Vulcania and the Lemptégy Volcano.

The 20hl brewing room and five 40hl fermentation tanks are located on the first floor of the premises.
From the tank to the pint, beer flows from top to bottom at Dark Lab!
The brewer uses the repitch technique, which means that the yeast from one brew is recycled for the next. Each beer is used to produce the next.

We offer around ten beers on tap, brewed on site, ranging from black stout to wheat beer, IPA, amber ale and even a raspberry sour beer! There's something for everyone.
