Following the redesign of our website, we have changed the way in which we update the availability of your accommodation. This new solution has been designed to be simpler for you and more reliable for our visitors.

New method How do you go about it?

The updating method depends on your situation.

If you are an OpenPro or Gîtes de France user, you are not affected by this new method of collecting availability data.

1. I use an online booking platform

The Tourist Office will send you a link for each of your accommodations. This link will take you to the area where you can update the availability of your accommodation.

Use the “iCal calendar address” field to copy and paste the address of the calendar of your choice.
Click on “Tick so that your iCal calendar is imported automatically every evening”.
Click on “Save my entry”.

You will only need to do this once per hosting. Your calendar will then be automatically imported, synchronised and kept up to date.

2. I do not use an online booking platform

Use the monthly calendars to indicate when your accommodation is unavailable.
Update your calendar each time you make a new reservation or when your accommodation is unavailable.
Click on “Save my entry”.
