Adapted tourism and accessibility

Disability Adapted tourism

In the Terra Volcana region (Riom Limagne et Volcans, Plaine Limagne), accessibility for people with disabilities is a priority. Transport, accommodation and tourist sites are gradually being adapted to make tourism more inclusive.

The Handivisites application

The AcceSens association makes it easier to visit heritage sites, thanks to a range of adapted solutions: audio-described tours, embossed media, visual contrasts, LSF tours and Easy to Read and Understand booklets.

With thefree Handivisites application, you can discover almost 200 accessible tourist sites in France. It offers personalised content for visitors with visual, hearing or mental disabilities, making it easy to plan your visits and enjoy shared experiences with family and friends.

Check out the museums, monuments, natural sites and tours that are accessible thanks to Handivisites, and plan your holiday with peace of mind thanks to the practical information and the Tourisme & Handicap label.
